My Personal Experience
There are so many different brands out there that sell some pretty great home workout equipment. Personally, I love Bowflex and now I have an equal love for NordicTrack. They really have a ton of different pieces of equipment and workout accessories for just about anyone, at any level, based on whatever type of workouts they’re into.

The room is kind of small (200 – 250 sq ft) and I’m able to easily fit my spin bike, my adjustable dumbbells, and even my Hydrow without too much trouble And, yes, I have a mirror in there too.
