The sitewide event that ran over Labor Day has ended, and we'd rather say so than leave a dead sale sitting on the page. Mattresses, bundles, the protector and the topper are all back at list price today. What's genuinely reduced is bedding: the Quilt falls to $60 from $240 in the Chai king, and the Classic Percale Pillowcase Set is $24.50 from $70. Military, healthcare and first responders still get 15% off. Everything below was checked against T&N's own product pages today.

About Tuft & Needle
Tuft & Needle launched in 2012 and helped pioneer the bed-in-a-box category with a simple, value-first approach: a well-made adaptive-foam mattress shipped free with a 100-night trial, priced far below traditional retail. The Original starts at $695, and the lineup now includes the Mint and hybrid models plus sheets, duvets, pillows and foundations. Because T&N prices low year-round, the real ways to save are the sale section, the free-protector and bundle promotions, and the military and healthcare discount rather than deep sitewide markdowns on the mattresses themselves.

Yes. Active military, veterans, healthcare workers and first responders, meaning law enforcement, paramedics, EMTs and firefighters, get 15% off the original price on everything, mattresses included. Because it's calculated on original prices, it stacks against list rather than against a sale price, which is the better outcome while nothing sitewide is running.

The Bottom Line
Tuft & Needle is built on everyday-low pricing, so its sales are shallower than some competitors', and right now there isn't a sitewide one at all. The beds are back at list after the Labor Day event finished, and the only real cuts left are in bedding, where the Quilt reaches 75% off and percale pillowcase sets 65%. Military, healthcare workers and first responders get 15% off original prices, which is now the best standing discount on a mattress.
With the Original at $399, a 100-night trial and a 10-year warranty, the value is in the pricing itself rather than in waiting for a markdown. If you want bedding, buy it now; if you want a bed, the next real window is Black Friday.
