That's Amazon's own automated warning that the current asking price sits well above what the product normally sells for. On the singing doll it also says "No featured offers available," meaning Amazon itself has none and every offer on the page belongs to a third-party seller.
The cheapest of the 24 offers is $49.67, from a seller with 71% positive feedback. The second is $49.79. Meanwhile the identical doll wearing the identical outfit, just with Mira's face and hair, is $31.98 shipped by Amazon. You're being asked for roughly eighteen dollars extra, a 55% markup, for a different colour of hair.
Why It's Rumi Specifically
It's not random, and knowing the reason tells you how long it'll last. Rumi is HUNTR/X's lead vocalist and the one who actually sings "Golden," the song that carried the film. She's the character on most of the posters and the one most kids name first. Mattel produced all three members in the same quantities, and demand for the three was never going to be equal.
So you get a shortage that isn't really a shortage. The supply is there, it's just pointed at the wrong two characters. Which is genuinely good news, because it means the fix is a restock rather than a production line, and Mattel has no reason not to make more of the doll that outsold the other two.
Press the doll and she performs "Golden." The outfit is removable and there are five posable joints, which is more articulation than this price of doll usually gets. It's the same body and the same song as the Mira and Zoey versions. The only difference is the character, and the character is the entire reason it's gone.
